Refund Policy
Transparent and fair — here's how refunds work at AWSDO.COM
1. Overview
At AWSDO.COM, we strive to deliver exceptional cloud server and AI token services. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make the refund process as straightforward as possible. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.
2. Cloud Server Services
Refund eligibility for cloud server services (Linux Servers, Windows Servers, Residential IP Servers, and Performance Servers) is as follows:
- Within 24 Hours of Activation: If you experience a critical issue that we are unable to resolve, you may request a full refund within the first 24 hours after your server is provisioned and activated.
- After 24 Hours: Refunds are generally not available for cloud server services after the initial 24-hour period, as server resources are allocated and consumed in real time. However, exceptions may be made at our discretion for service outages or failures directly caused by AWSDO.COM.
- Unused Prepaid Time: If you have prepaid for a longer billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) and wish to cancel, a prorated refund for unused full months may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
3. AI Model Tokens (API Tokens)
Refund eligibility for AI model tokens (Claude, GPT, and other supported models) is as follows:
- Unused Tokens: If you have purchased AI tokens and have not consumed any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partially Used Tokens: Refunds for partially used token balances are generally not available, as tokens are consumed on a per-request basis. Exceptions may apply if there was a billing error or service malfunction on our end.
- Service Disruptions: If our AI token service experiences extended downtime (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using your purchased tokens, you may be eligible for a credit or partial refund proportional to the disruption period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Setup fees or one-time configuration charges
- Domain registration fees
- Third-party software licenses purchased through our platform
- Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Free trial services or promotional credits
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team via email at support@awsdo.com or through our live chat.
- Step 2: Provide your account details, order/invoice number, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
💡 Tip: To speed up the process, please include your order ID and any relevant screenshots or error logs when submitting your refund request.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Cryptocurrency payments may be refunded in the equivalent USD value at the time of refund processing, or as store credit at your preference.
- Refunds may be issued as account credit instead of a monetary return if mutually agreed upon.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
AWSDO.COM reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
