By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by AWSDO.COM ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all services offered by AWSDO.COM, including but not limited to cloud server provisioning (Linux, Windows, Residential IP, Performance Servers) and AI model token services (Claude, GPT, and other supported models).
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, API keys).
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@awsdo.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- AWSDO.COM is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Services Provided
AWSDO.COM provides the following categories of services:
4.1 Cloud Server Services
We offer cloud server infrastructure powered by AWS, including:
- Linux Servers — Ubuntu, Debian, Amazon Linux, and other distributions
- Windows Servers — Windows Server with Remote Desktop access
- Residential IP Servers — Servers with residential IP addresses for specialized use cases
- Performance Servers — High-compute instances (C5n, C6i, C7a) for demanding workloads
4.2 AI Model Token Services
We provide API access to cutting-edge AI models, including:
- Anthropic Claude (Claude 3.5, Claude 4, etc.)
- OpenAI GPT (GPT-4o, GPT-4.1, etc.)
- Other supported models as listed on our AI Tokens page
Token usage is billed based on input/output consumption as detailed on our pricing pages.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal Activities: Using our services for any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Abuse & Harassment: Sending spam, phishing emails, or engaging in harassment or threats.
- Malware & Hacking: Distributing malware, viruses, or using our services to conduct unauthorized access to other systems.
- DDoS Attacks: Launching or facilitating Distributed Denial of Service attacks.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Running cryptocurrency mining operations on our servers without prior written approval.
- Content Violations: Hosting or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon intellectual property rights.
- Resource Abuse: Deliberately consuming excessive resources in a manner that degrades service for other customers.
- AI Token Misuse: Using AI tokens to generate content that violates the usage policies of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
⚠️ Warning: Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or refund.
6. Payment & Billing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due at the time of service activation or token purchase.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
- Recurring services (e.g., monthly server subscriptions) will be automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase. In summary, cloud server refunds are available within 24 hours of activation, and unused AI token refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, subject to certain conditions.
8. Service Level & Uptime
- AWSDO.COM strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime for cloud server services.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. Cloud infrastructure depends on upstream providers (AWS) and is subject to their availability.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
- AI token services depend on third-party model providers and their availability. We are not responsible for outages or changes imposed by Anthropic, OpenAI, or other providers.
9. Data & Privacy
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create on our servers.
- AWSDO.COM does not access, monitor, or share your data except as required by law or as necessary to provide and maintain the service.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. AWSDO.COM is not liable for data loss.
- AI token requests and responses pass through our API gateway. We do not store or log the content of your AI requests beyond what is necessary for billing and abuse prevention.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials on AWSDO.COM are the intellectual property of AWSDO.COM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Content generated through AI token services belongs to you, subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying AI model providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AWSDO.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AWSDO.COM in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- AWSDO.COM is not responsible for any damages resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, or internet outages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWSDO.COM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
- By You: You may cancel your account and services at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately. You are responsible for exporting any data before termination.
14. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Anthropic, and OpenAI. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. AWSDO.COM is not responsible for the actions, products, or content of any third party.
15. Modifications to Terms
AWSDO.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AWSDO.COM regarding the use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
